We assist-Litigant in person

Once instructed The GetToCourt.com team will assist you as a litigant in person in your child access case, you will be assigned your own personal consultant who will be dedicated to assist you in drafting and preparing all the relevant paperwork you will need to take your case to court for your first FHDRA hearing, to gain directions on the road to achieving contact.

Once your case has been constructed your consultant will prepare and brief you, with you representing yourself as a litigant in person in court. If you feel, or your consultant feels, that you may struggle in representing yourself they will source an access solicitor or barrister to represent you on the day at cost price of their fee's.
